For a brief 1 minute video about us, you can checkhttps://youtu.be/uJWBWQZEA6o.What will you do?List out the InstructionsResponsibilitiesDesigns Internal application (Web, Mobile) user experiences using methods such as wireframes, information architecture, prototypes, and othersApply appropriate metrics and customer insight to the creative processCreate wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile interfacesPresents UX designs to stakeholders, users and development teams in formal and informal settingsResponsible for staying current with new UX developments and techniquesTest applications for usability, in partnership with stakeholders and usersWorks in our Agile/Scrum environment, participating in and contributing to the ceremonies and processes (daily stand-ups, code reviews, sprint retrospectives, etc.) that keep the process continually improvingWorks on a development team which may include other technical professionals, subject matter experts, project stakeholders and executive leadershipTranslate wireframes into mockupsMaintains and manages digital brand consistency including but not limited to typography, interface design, colors and best practicesEnsure exceptional and compliant design execution across all digital platformsPresent clear ideas and concepts to clients and other team membersInvolvement in all phases of project lifecycle including requirements gathering, user analysis, IA, UI design, testing and implementationCreate mockups and iterate with clients based on desired featuresCreation of prototypesDESIGN TOOLS · FigmaPROTOTYPING TOOLS · Figma (Principle is also available by request)COLLABORATION TOOLS · Figma, MiroITS Design also leverages, AWS DevOps, and other MS Office ProductsQualifications:BA/BS degree required with emphasis on User Experience, interactive design, computer science, or relevant degree. Master’s degree a plus6+ years of experience designing enterprise softwareExperience with Web, Mobile Applications.Strong communication, presentation, and people skillsA strong portfolio, which demonstrates the skills listed above
