Description

Qore Physical Therapy in American Fork is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist. Compensation for this role will be $40 an hour.

The Physical Therapist position we are filling will provide some excellent opportunities for an ambitious and hard-working candidate! For instance, the individual who fills this role will get to play a significant part in starting the Health Program at Qore Physical Therapy!

In addition, this position starts out as part-time employment with the opportunity to become full time, based on this requirement: The right candidate will be responsible for soliciting clients and building a patient base by visiting with doctors, and health professionals. Once our new, part-time Physical Therapist acquires enough patients to consistently sustain an 8-hour day, then that individual will attain full-time employment with Qore PT.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and build a patient base to sustain a full-time work schedule

• Diagnose patients by observing their movement and addressing their concerns

• Use exercise, stretches, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury

• Develop and prescribe individualized treatment plans for patients

• Educate patients and their family members concerning the recovery process

• Record patients’ progress and modify their treatment, as needed

• Review patients’ medical histories

• Explain and assign clear goals for patients and the anticipated outcomes of those goals

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist

• Must possess self-confidence and be an extremely good communicator who has exceptional, interpersonal skills

• Must be genuine, friendly, insightful and perceptive
