DentalQore is a practice growth and technology company that is seeking an experienced, dynamic and dedicated Sales Manager to revolutionize our sales team and inspire growth. This pivotal role will require taking full ownership of the team and making a quick, decisive impact. If you have a proven track record of building and leading successful teams, including SaaS sales teams, we would love to hear from you.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue growth and hit sales targets
  • Recruit, set objectives, coach and monitor the performance of sales representatives
  • Establish a sales culture of success and continuous improvement
  • Analyze existing detailed reports on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales projections
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Participate in decisions for expansion
  • Plan and prepare for building a SaaS sales team in the future

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or a similar senior sales role
  • Experience with SaaS sales is a major plus!
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on our company's success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, team building and management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
