Position: Program Manager (Operational cash management / Liquidity management)Location: New York CountyLead initiatives focused on operational cash management and liquidity management, ensuring optimal cash flow and liquidity for the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cash management strategies with overall business objectives.Monitor daily cash positions and forecast cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity levels for operational needs.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in cash management workflows to enhance efficiency.Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to effectively manage liquidity and cash management services.Conduct financial analysis and reporting to provide insights on cash flow trends and liquidity metrics to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to cash management.Implement and manage cash management tools and systems to track and optimize cash positions.Advise senior management on cash management strategies and contribute to decision-making processes around liquidity investments.Prepare and present reports on cash management performance and liquidity forecasts to executive leadership.RequirementsMin 8+ years of experience in operational cash management, liquidity management or related financial roles.Strong analytical skills and experience with cash flow forecasting and financial modeling.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.Proficient in financial software and cash management systems; familiarity with tools such as SAP, Oracle or similar platforms is a plus.Knowledge of cash management concepts, banking structures and financial regulations.Strong project management skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives.Experience developing and implementing cash management strategies that improve operational efficiency.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (CMA, CFA) preferred.
