Pile Driver Foreman

General Position Summary:

Pile Driver Foreman will supervise a crew of three piledriver s to perform, demolition of concrete structures, bulkhead and or fender systems and or installation of pile drivig. Must be experience in managing a crew, be proficient at layout, reading blueprints, specs and drawings. This is a working foreman position.

Typical Duties:

· In addition to supervising a crew, the foreman must be able to utilize torch to cut rebar, cut sheet pile, tighten water nuts and bolts.

- Cut rail, market pockets and drill layout.

- Attaches load with grapping devices, such as loops, wires, ropes, and chains, to crane hook.

- Must have crane rigging experience for heavy loads of 200k lbs or more.

· Sets up, braces, and rigs hoisting equipment, using handtools and power wrenches.

-Must have experience pile driving

Requirements:

· Workers should be able to:

· Direct or plan and activity

· Attain set limits or standards

· Do simple arithmetic accurately and make decisions based on measurable standards

· Physically, workers must be able to see well (naturally with correction)

· Climb and/or maintain balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.

· Reach for handle, and manipulate objects

· Lift objects weighting up to 50 pounds or more, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing 50 pounds or more; and work at heights.
