Technical Account Manager

Ping Identity is looking for a Technical Account Manager to ensure client success with Ping solutions. The role involves providing technical architecture recommendations, facilitating product roadmap visibility, conducting business reviews, and more.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with large enterprise clients
  • Experience with Identity Management, Access Management, or Federation

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical architecture recommendations for Ping solutions
  • Facilitate product roadmap visibility for customers
  • Conduct business reviews with customer leadership
  • Assist in planning roll-outs and upgrades for platform adoption
  • Provide ad-hoc training to customers
  • Engage in support ticket escalation and priority
  • Deliver product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with various Ping Identity teams
  • Provide feedback to Product Management
