Technical Account Manager

Ping Identity is looking for a Technical Account Manager to ensure client success with Ping solutions. The role involves providing technical architecture recommendations, facilitating product roadmap visibility, conducting business reviews, and more.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems
Proven track record in managing relationships with large enterprise clients
Experience with Identity Management, Access Management, or Federation

Responsibilities

Provide technical architecture recommendations for Ping solutions
Facilitate product roadmap visibility for customers
Conduct business reviews with customer leadership
Assist in planning roll-outs and upgrades for platform adoption
Provide ad-hoc training to customers
Engage in support ticket escalation and priority
Deliver product demonstrations
Collaborate with various Ping Identity teams
Provide feedback to Product Management
