What you’ll do:

Manage end-to-end participant recruitment for research projects, including sourcing, screening and coordinating logistics for both the participant and researcher experience
Maintain a high-quality bar for the execution of the research recruitment by training members of the Research Operations and Research Team on recruitment processes and research processes
Create and maintain documentation for project tracking and varying research operations requests
Help maintain and scale participant databases to drive efficiency
Partner with internal teams and external research vendors to process contracts, support the onboarding of new tools and vendors, and maintain relationships with these vendors
Collaborate with Research Operations, Research Team‌ and Legal Team to improve and standardize processes
Proactively identify process gaps throughout the research process and work with the Legal Team to implement new processes to ensure compliance

What we’re looking for:

A well-organized self-starter with a keen eye for detail and an ability to ramp up quickly and the ability to prioritize multiple projects with different stakeholders, as well as the ability to work independently
An owner, proposing ideas for improving efficiency with documentation, processes, and tools
Ability to prioritize multiple projects with different stakeholders, as well as the ability to work independently
Strong communication/relationship skills to work effectively across teams and build relationships with internal and external partners
Strong understanding of Privacy policies that impact how we process data for research
Eager to work within and support a growing team located throughout the US and Canada on domestic and global projects; ability to prioritize highest impact work
3+ years work experience in a UX or Market research setting with an understanding of the research processes and research recruitment processes
2+ years experience with UX research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, UserTesting, Dscout) and research vendors

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
