What you’ll do:

  • Manage end-to-end participant recruitment for research projects, including sourcing, screening and coordinating logistics for both the participant and researcher experience
  • Maintain a high-quality bar for the execution of the research recruitment by training members of the Research Operations and Research Team on recruitment processes and research processes
  • Create and maintain documentation for project tracking and varying research operations requests
  • Help maintain and scale participant databases to drive efficiency
  • Partner with internal teams and external research vendors to process contracts, support the onboarding of new tools and vendors, and maintain relationships with these vendors
  • Collaborate with Research Operations, Research Team‌ and Legal Team to improve and standardize processes
  • Proactively identify process gaps throughout the research process and work with the Legal Team to implement new processes to ensure compliance

What we’re looking for:

  • A well-organized self-starter with a keen eye for detail and an ability to ramp up quickly and the ability to prioritize multiple projects with different stakeholders, as well as the ability to work independently
  • An owner, proposing ideas for improving efficiency with documentation, processes, and tools
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects with different stakeholders, as well as the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication/relationship skills to work effectively across teams and build relationships with internal and external partners
  • Strong understanding of Privacy policies that impact how we process data for research
  • Eager to work within and support a growing team located throughout the US and Canada on domestic and global projects; ability to prioritize highest impact work
  • 3+ years work experience in a UX or Market research setting with an understanding of the research processes and research recruitment processes 
  • 2+ years experience with UX research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, UserTesting, Dscout) and research vendors

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
