🎭 Role

As a Principal Product Manager, you will take full ownership of key product areas, driving growth of our business and leading experimentation to develop new products. This is a high-impact leadership role. It requires a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in innovative financial solutions or financial SaaS products. 

📽 Responsibilities

  • Growth: Lead product strategy and execution, driving significant growth, partner success and merchant adoption.
  • Innovate for Small Businesses: Invent with rapid experimentation, constantly testing assumptions, validating ideas and iterating on solutions for small businesses.
  • Complete Product Owner: Own every aspect of a product's success and failure, including its measurable value to the customer and business, evolution, viability. 
  • Customer Focus: Develop deep customer understanding from observing customers struggle and analyzing customer data to continuously innovate, refine product strategies and measure business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work side-by-side with engineering and design rather than operating sequentially. Partner with risk, marketing, sales, legal and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery and impact at scale. 
  • Culture Carrier: Help to set the tone for speed, collaboration, customer-centricity.

  • A proven track record in fintech, launching or scaling 0->1 innovative financial solutions or financial SaaS products, preferably B2B or B2B2B. 
  • Strong understanding of the fintech landscape, and knack for inventing on behalf of customers.
  • Familiarity using research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication.
  • Motivated and capable of high standards and speed in a high growth, early stage environment.
  • Experience building an AI product is a plus.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $206,000 - $340,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Pipe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
