We are seeking for an NPE Planning, Monitoring & Reporting Analyst to join our NPE Planning & Monitoring Team and who will be involved in analyzing and reporting tasks in relation to the Bank’s NPE strategy, in the regulatory monitoring of the achieved results and the preparation of required reports.
Responsibilities:
· Analyze relevant data regarding Non performing loans and provide effective reports
· Design and perform efficient analysis which highlight areas of interest
· Monitor relevant KPIs and the overall performance of the portfolio and different Servicers
· Evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies
· Involve in Strategy projects, such as Portfolio Sales
· Assist in the preparation of the Annual Budget and the NPE Plan
· Prepare regular reports and presentations addressed to Upper Management or external stakeholders in PowerPoint
· Apply automations to streamline reporting processes
· Collaborate with intragroup and external stakeholders of the Non-performing Management
Qualifications:
· Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field (BSc, MSc)
· Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role in the Banking or Financial Services industry
· Strong understanding in European Banking Authority (EBA) Framework, OCW Framework, and Restructuring Regulatory/Legal Framework
· Expert Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and good knowledge of other MSOffice tools
· Good knowledge of reporting tool SQL and PowerBI
· Strong quantitative analytical and presentation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Very strong critical skills and problem-solving mindset
· Team spirit and ability to cooperate effectively
