Our property team members help our buildings thrive by focusing on execution and ensuring a great experience for both residents and guests. Our non-property team members support property execution and the evolution of other areas within our platform. They can enjoy remote-first work with the freedom to choose their location — as long as they have access to a workspace and reliable Wi-Fi. We believe collaboration is key, so our remote-first teams and property leaders have biannual in-person get-togethers at various locations across the US.

The Impact You'll Have
As a Sr. Analyst, Asset Management you will assist in the asset management and analysis of both Pop-Up and Hospitality Living opportunities as well as provide support to our broader corporate FP&A and Acq & Development team. Partnering closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, thoughtful and timely analysis for each opportunity. You thrive in high-growth, dynamic environments and have the ability to adapt quickly while going above and beyond to ensure the success of your team.
This is a remote position. Ideally seeking candidates who are located near major airports and are able to work east coast hours.

At Placemakr, we believe that home should meet hospitality, and as a Sr Analyst in Asset Management, you’ll be essential in helping us achieve just that! In this remote role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of Pop-Up and Hospitality Living assets, making sure that we’re operating at peak efficiency while delivering outstanding experiences to our guests. You’ll dive into preparing budgets, evaluating marketing strategies, and ensuring our revenue management is second to none. Working closely with our Property Management team, you'll conduct monthly reviews of financial statements, operational reports, and keep an eye on market trends. You'll also get to showcase your analytical talents by developing key performance indicators to share with our Executive team and stakeholders. Your day-to-day will not just consist of number crunching; you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate, innovate, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
