About the Role


As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with the Senior Recruitment team and Department Leaders to find elite candidates across a variety of our teams and manage a best-in-class candidate experience. You will be responsible for strategically sourcing candidates for our open reqs, as well as creating/organizing the logistical arm of Recruitment (scheduling, creating resources, etc.). You are driven, eager and able to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. This is a hybrid-remote opportunity based out of the New York City Metropolitan area.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with current Recruitment Team to understand hiring needs and define requirements
  • Develop unique sourcing strategies to surface top passive candidates
  • Source top-tier candidates for our open roles — we care much more about the quality of the people we bring on board than the quantity of interviews we hold
  • Create and maintain an amazing candidate experience
  • Attend recruiting events as necessary
  • Provide regular updates and incorporate input within each project — we need self-starters who are proactive about their own growth as well as new organizational ideas on how to iterate on our current hiring process


What You Bring to the Table:


  • 6+ mo of professional experience, preferable in agency/in-house Recruiting or in a sales development capacity
  • You are Proactive
  • Ask thoughtful questions to support learning, communicate openly with your team and manager
  • You are Organized
  • Utilize time management and multitasking skills
  • Use of Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
  • You are Communicative
  • Over-communicate to help build trust
  • Be approachable and friendly with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • You take Accountability
  • Have a sense of ownership and accountability for the roles you own
  • Proactively raise questions or issues to recruiting leadership and are motivated to ask questions and learn more through observation or your own research

  • Contribute ideas for improvement in the recruiting process

  • Identify and articulate problems, extract insights and propose solutions within function

  • Have a passion for building systems and processes from the ground up and being at the forefront of developing our recruiting programs

Pay Transparency Statement


At Planful our top priority is to support our employees and ensure each individual has access to equal growth opportunities. Pay decisions take into consideration the individual's skillset, experience, knowledge, qualifications for the role, and specific work location. 


Our base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 USD per year and we’re looking specifically for candidates based out of the New York City area.
