About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and highly driven Strategic Sales professional to identify and execute on expansion opportunities for Planful’s existing customers base through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
The Strategic Sales Manager is an integral part of Planful’s Customer team and will partner closely with Renewals Managers, the Customer Success team, and senior leadership to ensure the long-term success of customers and will be instrumental in increasing the total ARR investment over time. Experience in a quota-carrying role and success in working with internal and external stakeholders is a must.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify, manage, and successfully close expansion opportunities, including upsells and cross-sells before and during the renewal process
