The Planning and Fulfillment Specialist will be handling end-to-end planning of inventory in excess of invoicing, from purchase requisition to customer invoice, assisting internal customer service inquiries in Motion NEMA Motors in Ozark, Arkansas. In this role you will set inventory parameters and inventory targets, while making sure that there is adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and are in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
  • Leads the detailed analysis of scheduling production. Works in close relationship with operations planning to verify production capacity, product mix, and demand planning.
  • Serve in a plant scheduling capacity by creating production schedules or participating in production work center scheduling activities.
  • Facilitates all relevant tasks to ensure excellent customer service in a planning & fulfilment role.
  • Serves as a designated alternate primarily for capacity planning and secondarily for inventory and demand planning.
  • Works with factory team to identify improvements relating to on – time delivery, productivity, efficiency and develops projects to correct issues and better the factory processes.
  • Design and test processes based on factory knowledge and determine feasibility or change management required for successful implementation.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years of experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing related role such as production, purchasing, planning, or scheduling management - preferred.
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Preferred Experience Includes: High knowledge of SAP processes, PowerBI and Project management.
  • APICS Certification - Preferred.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
