Webasto is seeking highly motivated candidates that take pride in their work and strive to be the best to join our team as a Plant Administrative Assistant at our facility in Plymouth, MI.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Plant Director and leadership team
- Information management, including filtering and, if necessary, appropriate forwarding of information and initiation of appropriate measures
- Preparation of presentations (i.e. independent structure of the presentation according to key points, research of necessary content)
- Processing of orders (SAP EBP)
- Independent completion of department specific tasks such as budget monitoring, creation of KPI evaluations
- Scheduling and coordination of meetings and events
- Assist with travel
- Serve as a go-to for administrative duties and support
- Assist on special projects as needed
- This position is onsite, Monday- Friday at the Plymouth plant
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years’ experience working in an administrative support role in a manufacturing/ Automotive environment
- Must have an automotive or manufacturing industry background
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; specifically, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Enjoy and excel working in a fast-paced environment
