Platform Design and Integration Manager

Job Description:

• Define the structure, components, interfaces, and integration points among various systems and stakeholders.
• Ensure the platform architecture supports scalability, flexibility, and seamless collaboration.
• Define and implement integration frameworks, standards.
• enable efficient connectivity and interoperability between different members of the ecosystem.
• Create clear and concise technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and guidelines to facilitate understanding and collaboration with the ecosystem partners.
• Effectively communicate architectural concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Architects to work with customer to build joint solution, use cases and proof of concepts.
• Analyze customer data and make recommendations on how to improve platform products.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders with alliance partners (e.g Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Oracle).
• Become a trusted advisor and coach in each Ecosystem Alliance member in addition to building formal relationships
• Initiate Knowledge Transfer to relevant groups at Flexential, e.g., updates to underlying services that impact uptake, ecosystem needs, and development plans.

• Interconnection experience with colocation, multi cloud, and hybrid cloud deployments
• Experience with AWS Direct Connect, Azure Express Route, and other direct connectivity solutions with exposure to SaaS, Paas, and IaaS solutions.
• Keen awareness around the importance of customer experience
• Ability to synthesize and communicate comprehensive product requirements based on multiple sources in a format meaningful to development, operations, finance, sales, and service delivery.
• Professional communication skills (oral and written) to align multi-functional teams and objectives and promote team outcomes.
• Understanding of network components, functions, and applications
• Able to work cross-functionally to understand other teams’ needs and offer advice and solutions with an emphasis on a collaborative approach.
• Desire to grow and learn new technologies.
• Work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment.

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
• Limited travel may be required

Hiring Range: 148,100 – 180,000
