Job Description

As a Receptionist (Full Time), the purpose of your job is to perform clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer and office software applications
  • Full-time (pay based on experience)
