Account Manager
Plexus Worldwide is looking for an Account Manager responsible for sales, recruiting, and rank advancements within the North American market, partnering with the Sales Team to develop and execute growth plans.

Responsibilities
- Develop and drive strategic growth plans for North America
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics
- Track and analyze regional data for growth recommendations

- Develop compensation plan and recognition programs
- Analyze business reports and offer expert advice
- Advocate for company policies and programs
Education
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, communications, or related field
