An eager Business Development Associate with strong communication skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to learn and pitch in any way you can. You’ll work closely with our Business Development team, gaining exposure to all aspects of relationship-building, market expansion, and partnership development. You’ll support in identifying new opportunities, growing our partner network, and contributing to initiatives that drive the success of Plume.
Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ecosystem projects, building strong relationships and ensuring their ongoing success on Plume.
Onboarding and Training: Lead new ecosystem projects through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand Plume’s ecosystem, features, and best practices to maximize their adoption and success.
Account Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor ecosystem project health with a blended approach of analytics and high touch conversation. Understand what business results ecosystem projects care about and drive them to those results.
Drive Business Results: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Engineering, Sales) to address any technical, product, or co-marketing opportunities that may drive results for the ecosystem project.
Customer Education and Engagement: Develop educational resources, host webinars, and conduct training sessions to ensure ecosystem projects are fully informed and maximizing their use of Plume’s ecosystem.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of ecosystem project interactions, issues, and feedback, ensuring all relevant information is documented in the CRM.
Familiarize yourself with our brand, ecosystem, and current marketing strategies.
Begin developing relationships with ecosystem partners and understand their marketing needs.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on initial marketing campaigns.
Have a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies.
Be fully integrated into our marketing processes and lead key marketing initiatives.
Be driving significant engagement and growth within the Plume ecosystem.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or client services role, preferably within tech, SaaS, blockchain, or digital assets.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong passion for customer success and a proven track record of building positive relationships with customers.
Crypto Native: You love crypto, meaning you worked in crypto or you moonlight discord and telegram communities in your free time.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand and resolve complex customer issues, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for client needs.
Analytical Skills: Experience using data to monitor customer health and identify potential areas for growth or improvement.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with customers at all levels of seniority.
Proactive and Organized: Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and proactive in driving customer success initiatives.
