Customer Success Associate

Spring Health is looking for a Customer Success Associate to ensure the success and satisfaction of valued customers by collaborating closely with Strategic Account Managers.

Responsibilities

Act as a support resource and secondary point of contact for assigned customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
Participate actively in customer meetings under the direction of SAM
Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documents and ticket entries
Maintain accurate customer information in Spring Health Admin
Investigate and resolve member issues
Compile Quarterly Business Review (QBR) slide decks
Coordinate the preparation and distribution of member marketing materials
Foster collaboration across departments
Manage open tickets efficiently

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
