What is a Business Development Head-B2G?
The Business Development Head (BDH) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and expansion efforts of the business development function in a areas with limited existing presence. The BDH will lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), drive business growth, identify market opportunities, and ensure the achievement of overall business objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership to establish and grow the company's presence in the region.
The BDH for the North Region will be responsible for leading and managing a business development team focused on achieving sales targets, establishing partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role demands an advocate with exceptional skills in diplomacy, networking, and persuasion to effectively engage with governmental institutions, NGOs, INGOs, and stakeholders.
