WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:  

Motivate and manage large project teams, including oversight of Analysts, Consultants, Sr. Consultants as well as client personnel 

Advise senior leaders in designing and developing organizations, engaging their people, and driving transformational change Independently lead the design and execution of change strategies at the enterprise level for clients across various industries 

Independently lead Organizational Design workstreams with minimal advisory assistance 

Design and implement organizational development interventions to meet client needs 

Guide, mentor and provide constructive and developmental feedback to Point B associates on client engagements 

Build client relationships through exceptional client service delivery; listen for client needs to inform business development; solve issues and risks on client projects 

Plan and facilitate working sessions and meetings, including large groups and senior executives 

Effectively navigate and adapt to political situations & environments 

Navigate clients and teams through politically complex or ambiguous topics towards a productive decision 

Actively contribute to the health of the OE practice and culture by proactively identifying improvement opportunities 

Contribute, review and provide feedback on OE consulting artifacts

Manage and balance stakeholder expectations 

Proactively take accountability for cultivating and leading client relationships Build authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams; proactively contribute and support team efforts while helping clients and other associates achieve their professional goals

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:     

B.A. or B.S. required 

10+ years of total experience; minimum of 5 years of relevant organizational effectiveness experience (OE); 2-4 years of management consulting experience, including leading substantial projects 

Demonstrated capability leading change management, organization design and development, and/or HR/Talent projects  

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including designing and facilitating client workshops 

Experience planning and managing own work and providing oversight on the work of others; able to collaborate within a larger program  

Experience with change management methodologies/tools; relevant certifications are a plus (ProSci, ACMP, etc.)  

Exposure to organizational design methodologies 

Experience being an effective member of a variety of teams, including ability to resolve issues with colleagues and clients

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: 

The estimated salary range for this role is $138,500 - $221,500 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.  

 

Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
