About the Team
When working with the team, you will be responsible for processing and transforming healthcare data, converting incoming messages into formats that can be integrated with other systems. You will help maintain a rules-based engine that analyzes these messages to identify relevant patterns and triggers. Additionally, you will support the notification system that sends alerts based on rule matches, as well as manage systems for user administration and patient information tracking. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient data flow, accurate patient records, and reliable notifications to enhance overall healthcare operations.
About the Role:
In this position, you will oversee the end-to-end software development process, including gathering and refining requirements in partnership with business teams. You will write and optimize code, focusing on delivering high-performance, maintainable applications. Automating workflows, troubleshooting issues, and conducting thorough testing are key responsibilities to ensure product quality and functionality. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will contribute to ongoing product enhancements while staying current with evolving technologies. Additionally, you'll foster a collaborative environment by reviewing and providing feedback on team members' work.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
· Work with partners to iterate over software requirements
· Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient, and testable code
· Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
· Analyze and debug systems
· Perform validation and verification testing
· Review the work of others and collaborate with others to review your own
Your Key Strength:
· Excellent organization, critical-thinking and personal leadership skills
· Experience writing clean code that performs well at scale using Java
· Experience with Microservice Architecture
· Solid experience writing RESTful API endpoints
· Self-starter with the ability to deliver with minimal supervision
· Team player with a passion for mentoring others in a professional setting
