Job Summary: The Solutions Engineer is responsible for providing pre- and post-sales support for our rapidly growing customer base resulting in revenue growth. Is responsible for the technical relationships with prospects during the sales process to scope and delivery solutions that meet Polly’s ideal customer profiles’ business needs. The Sales Engineer will act as a resource for the sales, account management, front line services teams, and other functional departments throughout Polly and is tasked with helping scale Polly’s technical product capabilities.
