PolyAI builds enterprise voice assistants that carry on natural conversations with customers to solve their problems. Our customers include some of the leading names in banking, hospitality, insurance, retail, and telecommunications.
Our enterprise clients deploy PolyAI voice assistants to cut down on wait times and free up live staff to focus on calls requiring empathy and judgment. As a result, our enterprise clients see improved customer satisfaction, employee retention and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful experienced individual to expand our technology and go-to-market alliances across the US healthcare sector. This role will focus on driving our growth in an industry of high strategic importance to the business. We’re looking for individuals who bring a well-rounded commercial skillset spanning strategic thinking, business development and value proposition development along with a curiosity for product and new technologies.

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000. OTE: $210,000.

Your responsibilities:

  • Define and implement compelling strategy and tactics to form strategic alliances in the US healthcare sector that have a path to revenue.
  • Cover all aspects of partner development, including partner identification, recruitment, relationship building, developing joint value propositions and assessing technical requirements.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, solutions consulting and engineering teams to align internal stakeholders to execute on the alliance opportunity
  • Develop strong executive relationships with industry thought leaders and key alliance partners, aligning on long-term strategies and growth opportunities.
  • Establish a meticulous operational cadence backed by strong individual initiative with a keen eye on qualifying conversations, moving opportunities forward and identifying opportunities to accelerate through escalation or other means.

What you’ll come with:

  • 5+ years of prior work experience with time spent and a proven track record in a strategic alliances or technology/integration partnerships role
  • Existing network and knowledge relevant to the technology ecosystems across the US healthcare industry
  • Significant experience leading VP-level and above relationships, with strong executive presence and ability to quickly build credibility
  • Significant experience leading pursuit teams, driving commercial strategy and proposal development processes, preferably in a professional services/consulting environment
  • Experience working with product, marketing and/or engineering teams to bring proof-of-concepts or joint solutions to life
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and prospects across the USA

  • A strong personal interest in emerging technologies. You are tech-forward; you’ve tinkered with conversational AI or other new technologies before they become mainstream
  • Past experience with healthcare technology systems like Epic or Cerner and knowledge of their competitive landscape
