Revenue Operations Manager

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in aligning and optimizing the entire revenue generation process across Marketing, Sales, and Client Success throughout the client lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing Salesforce, forecasting revenue, creating presentations, updating reports, and streamlining processes. This position offers significant opportunities to collaborate closely with the heads of Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Finance. Revenue Operations
  • Manage and enhance revenue operations processes across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to drive efficiency and growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design sales processes, define territory structures, set quotas, and develop commission plans within the revenue organization.
  • Lead and execute multiple projects concurrently, effectively managing competing priorities and ensuring on-time delivery.


Reporting and Analytics
  • Lead the forecasting and reporting of the sales pipeline, tracking progress, identifying trends, and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Develop reports on client and operational metrics, including client ROI and product usage, to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor performance and deliver insights and recommendations for optimization, focusing on improvements help us achieve our company goals. 
  • Design and manage dashboards and spreadsheets to track key revenue metrics.


Optimize Processes and Automate Operations
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Proactively identify and address process bottlenecks, resolving issues to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and process maps to ensure clear understanding of all processes and procedures.


Tech Stack & Tool Integration
  • Manage the revenue tech stack to ensure smooth data flow and seamless integration between tools.


Data Infrastructure and Integrity
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all data within the CRM system by implementing and enforcing data validation and quality control processes.
  • Regularly audit and clean CRM data to identify discrepancies, maintain data integrity, and improve overall reporting and decision-making.


Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to optimize workflows and enhance cross-functional handoffs.
  • Partner with the Finance team to support company and investor reporting initiatives.


Who you are
  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations or related roles
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and best practices, along with associated metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets / Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides experience is essential. SQL is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot). Applicants must have 2+ years of Salesforce or Hubspot experience. Bonus points for being an admin.
  • A proactive and solution-driven mindset, with a strong focus on execution and getting things accomplished.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at navigating and resolving ambiguous tasks with confidence and clarity.
