Desktop Support Specialist

PosiGen is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our Technology Team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, maintain hardware and software, and assist in IT environment processes.

Skills

Technical support experience
Experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Okta
Troubleshooting network systems and security
Proficiency in help desk ticketing software
Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

Respond to customer support tickets promptly and provide technical support
Diagnose and resolve software & hardware issues
Manage Active Directory, Okta, and Google Workspace ecosystems
Perform user account provisioning and repair equipment
Collaborate with IT Manager on equipment stock management

Education

Technical degree or certification preferred
