PosiGen provides energy-saving solar solutions for all income levels. We are looking for a results-driven Director of New Homes & Strategic Accounts with strong sales management skills to enhance our partner program.

Responsibilities

Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance
Develop strategy to grow Strategic Accounts & New Homes footprint
Travel within territory to meet clients
Attend industry trade shows for sales leads
Forecast sales, installations, and closes
Collaborate cross-functionally to support assigned accounts

Education

Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business
Sales techniques coursework preferred
