PosiGen provides energy-saving solar solutions for all income levels. We are looking for a results-driven Director of New Homes & Strategic Accounts with strong sales management skills to enhance our partner program.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance
  • Develop strategy to grow Strategic Accounts & New Homes footprint
  • Travel within territory to meet clients
  • Attend industry trade shows for sales leads
  • Forecast sales, installations, and closes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support assigned accounts

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business
  • Sales techniques coursework preferred
