Director of Field Services (Remote)

PosiGen is seeking a Director of Field Services to enhance the performance of solar energy systems. This role requires strong leadership in maintenance management and customer service.

Skills

Strong understanding of solar PV systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analysis
Experience with digital transformation

Responsibilities

Develop and execute maintenance plans for the solar fleet
Oversee Channel partner relationships
Manage a team of technicians and contractors
Implement technology tools to improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Manage warranty claims and repairs
Prepare and manage budgets for O&M activities
Lead and develop a senior operational management team

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
