Staff Accountant

PosiGen is a rapidly growing residential solar company seeking a Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accrual accounting and fixed asset principles.

Accrual accounting
Fixed asset accounting principles
Sage Intacct ERP
MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

Responsible for recording journal entries accurately
Perform monthly accounting close activities
Maintain fixed asset ledger and manage fixed assets
Assist with audit inquiries related to fixed assets
Prepare and maintain fixed asset roll-forward schedule

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA designation preferred
