Postscript is redefining marketing for ecommerce companies and is looking for a Director of Support to build and lead a high-performing customer support team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the strategic direction of the Postscript Support organization
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of the Postscript product
  • Evolve and grow a highly engaged support team
  • Foster a strong sense of accountability to customers and team members
  • Develop plans for team members' career growth
  • Develop and implement reporting cadence on Support metrics
  • Build sustainable processes between Support and Engineering
  • Own escalated customer issues
  • Help automate support processes
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer experience
