Director of Customer Support
Postscript is redefining marketing for ecommerce companies and is looking for a Director of Support to build and lead a high-performing customer support team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the strategic direction of the Postscript Support organization
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of the Postscript product
- Evolve and grow a highly engaged support team
- Foster a strong sense of accountability to customers and team members
- Develop plans for team members' career growth
- Develop and implement reporting cadence on Support metrics
- Build sustainable processes between Support and Engineering
- Own escalated customer issues
- Help automate support processes
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer experience
