Intro and job overview:

Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. The program that begins July 1st and concludes September 30th. The Product Operations, Intern will work closely with the Chief Product Officer team.

The intern’s role will be twofold, balancing collaborative project work with analytics. One part of the role involves working with cross-functional teams on initiatives within the Product organization, supporting process improvements, and helping streamline operations. The other part focuses on reporting and data visualization, where the intern will gain hands-on experience with Tableau, assist in improving report structures, ensure data accuracy, and document reporting processes for better accessibility and decision-making. This opportunity provides valuable exposure to product operations, reporting best practices, and cross-team collaboration, while also offering insights into Precisely’s culture, values, and products.

Responsibilities and duties: 

  • Assist the product management team with daily inquiries 
  • Collaborate and partner with the team to work on new cross-department initiatives 
  • Document and communicate existing processes and reports
  • Run and consolidate reports from multiple sources (Jira, Tableau, Spreadsheets) 
  • Be able to assist and streamline new projects and reporting initiatives 

Requirements and qualifications: 

  • Good Business English Skills, written and spoken 
  • Problem solving and collaborative attitude 
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and SharePoint
  • Proficiency in MS Teams and PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Interest and first steps in BI Development are a plus (Tableau).
