Account Development Manager

Precision for Medicine is seeking an Account Development Manager to increase market awareness, generate leads, and expand the customer base for the Business Development Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry and possess a keen understanding of the Oncology and Rare Disease Development market.

Responsibilities

Review and recommend improvements to account development processes, messaging & technologies
Collaborate with Business Development Leadership to establish production expectations and metrics
Identify potential clients and contacts using defined profiles and outreach strategies
Initiate the sales process by communication and understanding client requirements
Provide sales activity reports and mentor new team members

Education

Bachelors in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline
