As a Product Manager at Prepared 911, you will be at the forefront of this transformative journey. Your role is more than a job; it's a commitment to public safety and technological innovation. Here's what you'll be doing:
Strategic Product Vision & Development: From conceptualization to execution, you will develop products specifically designed for 911 telecommunicators, dispatchers and responders, focusing on achieving a substantial Product-Market Fit (PMF).
Outcome-Driven Development: You will play a critical role in increasing the efficiency of communication between dispatchers, responders and the citizens they serve, aiming to significantly improve the sharing of life-saving data flowing between these personas across different channels
Market Analysis and User Feedback: Dive deep into market research through diligent, continuous customer discovery, analysis of user feedback through in-product as well as channels like sales and CS interactions,, competitive analysis and more, using these insights to shape our product
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to plan, execute, and launch new features. Your leadership will be pivotal in aligning these teams with our vision.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key product metrics, using data to iterate and optimize user experiences continually.
We're looking for someone who embodies the spirit of innovation and collaboration. Here are some attributes that would make you a great fit:
Experience in B2B/B2G Tech Products: You have a strong background in developing technology products, especially in B2B SaaS or B2G sectors, and have been instrumental in scaling early-stage or zero-to-one initiatives.
Proven Track Record: With 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, your portfolio showcases successful project management, preferably in a B2B/B2G SaaS environment.
Technical Acumen: You’re comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers and can translate product requirements into actionable engineering tasks. You also have experience designing for end users who are technical, and can ensure that the product is tailored to meet their needs and expectations.
Adaptability and Growth Mindset: You set a high bar for the products and the experiences you deliver, and are quick to adapt to change based on market feedback
Self-Motivation and Team Spirit: You are a self-starter, highly motivated, and always prioritize the team's best interests.
Relationship Building: Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders is one of your key strengths.
Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership skills complemented by outstanding communication abilities make you an effective team player and leader.
Analytical and Strategic: You possess an analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to make informed product decisions.
The base compensation for this role is approximately $175,000 - $180,000 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, company equity grants, participation in Prepared’s unlimited vacation program, and free membership to One Medical.
