- Plan for weekly team meetings and professional development
- Awareness of developmentally, culturally and linguistically responsive practices in the classroom
- Practice full inclusion with all children, honoring all abilities, languages, and funds of knowledge
- Take responsibility for cleanliness and sterilization of classroom, equipment, and materials
- Supervise and support children at all times
- 12 ECE core units (required)
- 2+ years experience in preschool setting
- DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance (required)
