We are a rapidly growing digital consultancy specializing in banking, payments, and FinTech seeking a dynamic Client Partner. Our global network has successfully delivered over 150 products to top clients like Visa, American Express, and Capital One.
Role Overview: The Client Partner will drive client satisfaction and business growth by managing relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. This role is akin to an Account Manager, focusing on client engagement, project management, and strategic partnership.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and quality of delivery.
- Manage engagement delivery cycles and SOW commitments.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop proposals and SOWs.
- Provide thought leadership and industry insights.
- Identify growth opportunities within client relationships.
- Coach and support engagement teams.
- Oversee non-technical project deliverables and mitigate risks.
- Handle financial aspects, including budgets, margins, and billing.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5+ years as an Account Manager, Client Partner, or Sr. Product Manager in a professional services setting.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing digital projects and teams.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in the financial industry.
- Fluency in Spanish.
