Revionics, the leading provider of SaaS-based pricing, promotion, and markdown solutions, is seeking a Price Strategist to help our clients use the Revionics product suite that comprises Pricing, Promotions and Markdown solutions. This exciting role will see you working with well know leading European retailers and collaborating with colleagues globally.
The main focus of the role is providing user support by addressing product-related questions, advising on product configurations, providing training on key features and re-routing issues to Revionics technical teams.
Your main focus;
Your goal is to ensure long-term customer satisfaction, developed through a personal connection and engagement. Ensuring customer success with Revionics solutions. You will work with a set of retail leading accounts to answer questions about Revionics solutions, train, educate and advise on solution capabilities and features.
The role will require strong task and time management skills, combined with a technical ability to analyse and troubleshoot data and workflow processes. You will learn the detailed workflows and configurations of the Revionics Pricing Portal and have a strong technical background and interest in understanding complex automated pricing solution architectures.
Working with the data will be a big part of your everyday job. You will be identifying trends and sharing actionable insights, to support customers in ensuring competitive and profitable market strategies, and help them achieve their objectives.
You will help improve Revionics roadmap and future by bringing valuable feedback through your experience of working with customers to product management, acting as a voice of your customers at Revionics.

You are a collaborative individual who can partner with our science, product management, systems engineering, and implementation teams to ensure seamless support for our clients.
You are an enthusiastic coach for the pricing teams and merchants teams of our clients on use of our tool and best practices; you are able to translate learnings from day-to-day operations of the solutions into high level conclusions for the executive team.
You respond to customer and business escalations with a sense of urgency and a high degree of follow through. A natural problem solver. Challenging and escalating internally on behalf of your clients.
What you should have to succeed;
Passion about retail, AI, pricing and promotion practices
Collaborative attitude and excitement for working in teams
Comfortable working to a fast pace on parallel projects
Fluency in English to a business level; reading, writing and speaking
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Looker, Business Objects
Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent analytical skills
Understanding of the retail industry. Three to five years of experience analysing pricing and promotions
Located UK or Germany
Ability to travel up to 15%
What you can Do to Stand Out;
MBA, Bachelors degree in relevant field
Experience supporting SaaS products
Consulting experience
Experience in automating price changes, dynamic pricing, data driven optimisation
Experience with SQL, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Python
Experience with Revionics or Aptos solutions
Familiarity with statistical concepts such as normal curves, confidence intervals, statistical significant, bias, thresholds, forecast accuracy, sensitivity analysis, and mean average percent error.
