Job Summary:

The Manager, Pricing Strategy (IAS) is responsible for executing the pricing digital transformation across BELDEN’s Industrial Automation Solutions segment, increasing price performance, sales, and margins. This includes participating in and driving the recommendation and implementation of pricing for new products, services, and solutions, including pricing programs. The position requires close collaboration with international product teams, regional sales and channel teams, and regional finance teams. Ability to influence teams via data driven mindset though actionable pricing strategies into pricing KPIs.

You will make a difference in the following ways:

· Partner with Product Management during the NPI process to competitively position portfolio price globally

· Converged reference architecture and ESD pricing

· Develop customer segmentation models across portfolio segments

· Collaboratively execute on outlier management strategies

· Ability to manage price to customer behavior to product mix, volume mix

· Recommend process to limit outliers in the agreement process

· Digital tools integration

What you bring:

· Bachelor's degree

· 5-7 years of experience in pricing strategy

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
