Location Details:

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

The monetization team’s mission is to help our customers save time through a frictionless subscriptions’ experience. We enable customers to easily perceive and realize value of our offerings so that they can gain confidence in choosing GoDaddy as a trusted partner that supports them now and in the future.We define the monetization strategy to drive revenue while maintaining a customer centricity. We strive to lead with thinking through the customer problem and deliver complete and enjoyable customer experiences. We use data to guide us, acknowledge unique customer attributes and needs and show value pre/post purchase via rich-content offerings.

Product Management at GoDaddy is a mission-critical role, with both strategic and operational responsibilities. You’ll work with Engineering, UX, and other internal teams to decide what we build here, why they exist, and how they improve our mission.

Product Managers set the vision and drive delivery, uniting the team and company in pursuit of empowering small businesses to realize more success. They are the voice of customers, excited about crafting business value. They have found simplicity on the other side of complexity, with a clear track record of successfully bringing products to market.

What you'll get to do...

  • Guide a team of engineers and designers to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses online and offline through a connected suite of capabilities
  • Own outcomes connected to the company’s main objectives. Work backward from these goals, understand customer opportunities, and come up with a roadmap of how to achieve these goals
  • Drive growth and customer success, through direct ownership of key areas of the product, but also through influencing other teams to support intuitive Plans and pricing experience, which solves end-to-end customer problems
  • Drive growth of new subscription offerings translating to multi-year revenue for new and existing customers
  • Generate long-term customer and business value through a combination of data, rapid experimentation, growth-hacking, and design thinking tactics
  • Apply scientific method (experimentation) to make data-driven decisions to build value for our metrics that move the business forward
  • Complete roadmaps that support GoDaddy’s strategy of helping customers start with the right capability at the right time and easily grow with higher value capabilities and subscription tiers as their business needs evolve

Your experience should include...

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager in front-end growth products
  • Experience in funnel optimization using extensive a/b testing methodology
  • Thought leadership and standard methodologies on user journeys in subscription programs
  • You are motivated by solving customer problems, a guide in crafting and gathering customer inputs that yield more customer-centric products, services, and experiences
  • High attention to detail and ability to balance multiple, priorities simultaneously
  • Experience converting insights into strategy, and communicating ideas clearly and logically across teams
  • Ability to define, monitor, and measure product metrics, and incorporate findings into product definition and development process

GoDaddy's compensation is local to where you are and may vary based on an individual's qualifications at the time of the offer. The anticipated annual base salary ranges for select locations are listed below:

  • California Bay Area, Santa Clara, San Francisco: $160000.00 - $240000.00
  • Seattle, New York City: $148000.00 - $222000.00
  • Los Angeles, San Diego: $133500.00 - $200500.00
  • California State, Washington State, Colorado State: $120000.00 - $180000.00
