Principal Software Engineer Palladium Emulation

As a Software Developer in the Palladium Emulation Runtime, you will create and maintain software enabling customers to emulate their system designs, such as high end CPU and GPU chips, on the Palladium family of emulators.

Working in the Palladium Emulation Runtime team requires strong C and C++ programing skills. You will be working closely with computer and emulator hardware. This position can be a hardware engineer with strong software skills, or a software engineer with strong hardware skills.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of related experience, or Masters and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or PhD and a minimum of 1 year of related experience
Strong C and C++ programing skills
Knowledge of high performance computing, CPU and I/O hardware, virtual memory and IOMMU, PCIe bus transactions, Infiniband RDMA, Linux OS and drivers, assembly language knowledge of CPU instructions, hardware development experience with ASIC, FPGA or PCB level level design.

The annual salary range for California is $122,500 to $227,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
