Printify will use this investment to further expand its marketplace and to hire the best talents available around the world.

The Team

The Finance department is structured around four essential pillars: accounting & reporting, financial planning, strategic finance, and finance operations. This role is a part of the finance operations sub-team - Finance Data.

The primary responsibility is to uphold the company's financial health by ensuring the exposure of complete and accurate financial data. Additionally, the role involves developing reporting processes aimed at driving cost optimization and fostering strategic decision-making.

The Finance Data team takes pride in its deep understanding of the finance domain and robust data processing skills, emphasizing precision and attention to detail. This combination allows us to stay flexible and consistently deliver accurate results, providing significant value to the company.

The Role

Printify is looking for a self-motivated, hands-on Financial Controller who is eager to grow and develop alongside the company, support expanding operations, and enjoy a fun work environment.

Salary range: 1800 - 2300 EUR Gross per month

• Reporting and Control:
• Participate in the preparation of monthly Management Reports and annual Financial Statements.
• Review and validate cost classification and allocation according to Printify’s accounting policies.
• Reconcile balances and P&L positions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct detailed cost reviews to identify optimization opportunities.
• Focus on continuous improvement of Printify’s financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Collaborate closely with auditors to provide necessary information for audits.
• Prepare nonstandard reports and analyses for senior management.
• Budgeting and Planning:
• Develop relevant models to forecast key financial metrics.
• Implement detailed budgeting processes and monitor budgeted vs. actual performance.
• Supporting senior management in achieving 3 primary goals:
• Business growth
• Increasing efficiency and transparency
• Cost control

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant audit or finance controlling role.
• Hands-on approach and "getting things done" mindset.
• Accuracy, high sense of responsibility, and ability to plan and set priorities.
• Self-motivated person with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and dynamic work environment.
• Data-driven mindset and willingness to crosscheck and support decisions/ conclusions by data; 
• Excellent analytical and computer skills (Excel)
• Experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Proficient in English (fluent in spoken and written English).
