Position: School PsychologistLocation: Somerville, MAPosition Details:• Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday• Hours: 37.5 hours per week• School Year: 2024/2025We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Massachusetts. This role is essential in supporting the emotional, social, and academic needs of students by providing comprehensive psychological services within the school setting.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ strengths and needs.• Develop and implement intervention plans that address emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges.• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive educational environments.• Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students as needed.• Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure student success.• Offer professional development and guidance to school staff on mental health and behavioral strategies.Qualifications:• Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist Certification or Licensure.• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology.• Experience in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing evidence-based interventions.• Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with students, families, and staff.• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school climate.Benefits:• Competitive weekly pay (based on experience).• Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision).• Professional growth opportunities.• Supportive and inclusive school community.Interview Process:We are conducting Zoom interviews now!
