Join our dynamic Semiconductor EPI Manufacturing facility as a Process Engineer and contribute to the development and optimization of our semiconductor manufacturing processes

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes for the epitaxial growth of semiconductor materials.
Analyze and interpret process data to identify areas for improvement, yield enhancement, and cost reduction.
Collaborate with equipment engineering and production teams to introduce new technologies and process improvements into production.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues to minimize downtime and improve yield.
Design and execute process experiments to validate and optimize process parameters for quality and productivity improvements.
Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, defect rates, and equipment utilization, to identify areas for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to operators and technicians in troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Planning and directing initiatives that improve the Performance of the Fab and company.

Education

Bachelor or university degree in Electrical, Chemical, Materials Science Engineering, or related field.

Experience / Qualifications:

Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, with specific expertise in epitaxial growth techniques preferred.
One to two years of hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment, such as epitaxy reactors, wafer handlers, and metrology tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and process improvement.

Ability to collaborate well with others and work in a team environment
Familiarity with engineering practices
Knowledge in MS Office
