Bumble is looking for a Finance Systems, Solutions Manager, Procure to Pay (P2P) with a proven track record with Oracle NetSuite and SAP Concur, as well as system, integrations, and user management, to build, lead and drive our Procurement Systems function. This role will report to the Head of Financial Systems.
Responsible for technical design, development, and system configuration of Netsuite Procure to Pay Modules that include Purchasing, Accounts Payables and Fixed Assets, as well as the configuration and integration of SAP Concur Expenses and Invoice modules.
Analyze functional, reporting and integrations requirements to design, architect and deliver the most accurate, efficient, secure and cost-effective solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box Concur and Oracle NetSuite functionality.
Working closely with the Accounting and cross-functional teams, this role will primarily support users by understanding the requirements and translating them into the software application functionality
Supervise the closing processes and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the closing and reporting.
Strong understanding of Accounting / Finance concepts; US GAAP / IFRS principles; Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, etc. processes
Production support (Technical and Functional) of Netsuite P2P modules and 3rd party integrations with Netsuite, including Concur and Onspring.
Maintains the technical documentation related to Netsuite P2P functions and related modules.
Provide day-to-day thought leadership and system process mentoring to the business area teams and ERP system administrators.
Develop a self-service approach – i.e., up-to-date documentation and turn-key replies – for Tier 1 NetSuite P2P cases while managing and resolving Tier 2+ case escalations, coordinating with Oracle NetSuite Support as appropriate.
Knowledge of accounting principles and analysis of system data to identify and resolve problem areas with the business’ P2P process.
Work with the business area to suggest process changes to enhance continual improvements to the P2P process.
Source, manage and regularly evaluate best-in-class Oracle NetSuite partners and other relevant suppliers – those sharing Bumble’s values of kindness, respect and equality – ensuring our Finance Systems stack is reliably resourced year-round for all contingencies.
Evaluate requests for new P2P-related systems and applications, ensuring adherence to reference architecture and ensuring potential solutions do not already exist within our ecosystem.
Facilitate effective change management and training activities by our Finance Systems team, both for one-time launches as well as for ongoing best practice socialization.
Assist with our Oracle NetSuite semi-annual release review and testing by identifying impact / enhancement opportunities associated with incoming features and functionality.
Work with our Internal Audit team to support SOX and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence of our Finance Systems stack and processes with internal / external compliance standards.
EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
7+ years relevant consulting or industry experience, including 3+ years direct Oracle NetSuite P2P experience and 1+ year experience with SAP Concur.
Several full life-cycle implementation experiences including NetSuite Accounts Payable preferred, ideally with integrations of expense and invoicing solutions.
Strong understanding of Accounting / Finance concepts, specifically Procure-to-Pay and how it impacts reporting/financial statements.
Experience with 1099 processing from NetSuite desired.
Solid understanding of Oracle NetSuite’s reporting capabilities.
Working knowledge of SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, customizing records and fields, CSV export/import capabilities. Knowledge of SuiteScript desired, but not required.
Experience developing detailed work plans for project activities within scope of application responsibility.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with team members in multiple time zones.
Experience testing Oracle NetSuite application instances to successfully validate application setups, including input to test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts
Experience with Segregation of Duties and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) controls
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and organizational skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams alike at all levels including senior management
Experience with managing vendors, vendor integrations and related deadlines.

Base Compensation Range: $91,600.00$180,000.00. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location.
