Product Analyst

Summary

We are looking for an analytically rigorous and detail-oriented Product Analyst who is passionate about simplifying healthcare and excited to work cross functionally to tackle a variety of product and data initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting all of Ribbon’s data products by flexing across the organization to analyze product trends, support GTM efforts related to our product, conduct and own vital data operations processes, and scope solutions to complex problems we are facing. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of Ribbon’s data products to help make healthcare decisions high-quality, cost-effective, and convenient for all.

What we’re looking for in this role

  • You have full time or internship experience working in a fast-paced, high-feedback environment (e.g. product, engineering, consulting, banking, operations).
  • You are excited to get into the weeds of messy and complicated datasets, and have instincts on how to use data to drive decision-making. 
  • You are excited about highly analytical / operational processes, and have the desire to think strategically and work on unstructured / ambiguous problems. 
  • You are extraordinarily detail oriented and thorough.
  • You value feedback and are self reflective.
  • You are excited by the idea of working cross-functionally.
  • You have the technical capacity to work with engineering and analytics teams and can learn new technologies quickly.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and effectively organize and convey your thoughts and ideas to different audiences, both technical and non-technical. 

Your day-to-day

  • Ensure product quality and synthesize feedback: Ensure the quality, coverage, and usability of our existing products by addressing known gaps and uncovering new gaps.
  • Unblock our customers and teams: Become a subject matter expert on Ribbon’s core products to help triage incoming asks from different stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Deployment, Product).
  • Analyze: Conduct rigorous analysis of internal and external data sets, pulling out key insights, and helping us form a strong perspective to drive product decisions.
  • Build for scale: Scope process and product improvements that will enable Ribbon to continue to scale its product and operations rapidly.
