ROLE SUMMARY


As a Product Analyst you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for analyzing financial and data requests as well as delivering meaningful outcomes to the stakeholders. You will work closely with the product manager in your domain to provide support and analysis. You are expected to be driven, self-sufficient and organized. You proactively communicate when a problem arises, so you can put your head down to address the issue. You collaborate with warmth and positivity; empathy guides your decision making.


This role is open to remote candidates in the US.


You report to the Director of Product, Enterprise who works remotely in Eastern Time. LeaseLock is headquartered in Marina Del Rey, CA


RESPONSIBILITIES — You will:


  • You will provide your product knowledge and expertise to analyze any request that has an impact on financial data or reporting.
  • Create a process using SQL and database knowledge to ensure the correctness of data that is being used to generate invoices.
  • Responsible for the QA of monthly invoicing report
  • Attend external client meetings as the financial product expert to answer any questions in relation to invoice data.
  • Own the manual certificate process inclusive of certificate dispositions
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, customer success, finance and other various business units.
  • Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance
  • Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
  • Dig into and learn the system capabilities and restrictions; identify gaps and optimize processes to allow the company to scale
  • Support the product managers and stakeholders by completing ad hoc analysis
  • Support stakeholders by enhancing manual repeatable tasks through excel (google docs) formulas.
  • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information.
  • Act as an analytical point of contact to all stakeholders for all product data related matters.
  • Surface qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision making and measure the impact of the work delivered by the team
  • Work with stakeholders to teach them how to self-serve with internal tooling


QUALIFICATIONS — You have:


  • Experience as an analyst in a professional setting
  • Triaged feature requests and bug fixes to balance short-term wins with long-term gains
  • Written intermediate level SQL queries and worked with self-serve data tools
  • Complete data analysis with complex datasets
  • Created presentations that will be shared with internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer Empathy and desire to help others improve their processes


INTERVIEW PROCESS


All interviews will be conducted remotely through video conference. After an intro call with a recruiter, you will interview the hiring manager and up to 2 additional interviews with the product team. Interviews can be split across multiple days.
