Lattice is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead and support our Reviews design team. At the highest level, this team is focused on evolving the performance review and evaluation experience from a dreadful endeavor that takes an inordinate amount of time and lacks the vital context key to making them relevant/helpful/actionable → to unbiased reflections that are supercharged by the platform and seamlessly transition into clear development plans that set people up for success.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design strategy and empowering your team to ship world-class experiences that bring us closer to this north star. The end outcome? Reimagine the experience of enterprise software and build highly leveraged products that enable thousands of companies, including ours, to engage, retain and develop high performance with their employees.

You have 5+ years of experience in Product Design, including 2+ years experience managing Designers.
You have experience establishing a vision and strategy that help to shape the future of the business.
You’re a great communicator, collaborator, and facilitator.
