Represents Commercial Product Management, as a key interface with internal product delivery teams, on initiatives involving product development, enhancements and product lifecycle management. General responsibilities will focus on defining and testing product structures for billing, CPQ and other back-office systems.
Document and clearly articulate product structures, billing rules, quoting & contract requirements during the build phase of the Product Development Process.
Plan and collaborate with the Billing, IT and Operations organizations to create product structures & workflows that will transition from order through provisioning and billing, without failure.
Coordinate and execute UAT testing for ordering and provisioning processes.
Validate that product development and enhancement deliverables adhere to a standard costing structure, system provisioning requirements, and quote-to-cash deployment processes.
Establish plans and execute the delivery of commercial product initiatives, which are not managed by the Project Management Organization.
Lead and/or participate in go-to-market tasks, which include: Development of customer communications, Engagement with Regulatory, Legal & Marketing; and Maintenance of product consumables on the Sales Portal
Maintain and regularly pursue improvements to the Product Management & Development repository.
Execute other product operations tasks as assigned by the Product Development Manager.
2 years’ experience as a Product / Business / Billing Analyst or training in a related field.
Specific experience related to Consolidated Communications systems, including: CRM (Siebel, Prism; Kenan) and/or Inventory (M6, Netcracker) is an asset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to quickly establish relationships and lead/ collaborate with distributed teams.

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $45,071 – $68,315
Work Relationship: Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at internal working-levels across our entire geography. Works closely with and influences internal groups such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service Delivery, Engineering, IT, PMO and Finance.
Work Conditions/Equipment: Work performed indoors with physical activity consisting of normal office work. Occasional travel required. Utilize basic office machines and computer equipment daily.
