As a Product Manager for U-Assist In-Call you are responsible for the product life cycle, with a focus on outbound activities. You are part of a global Product Management team and report to Director of Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Identify business and functional requirements, as well as market needs, and translate them into product functional requirements
- Meet with customers to collect feedback, future needs and product ideas
- Constantly analyze the competitive landscape, run a gap & SWOT analysis, and define the differentiated story of your products.
- Contribute to product pricing strategies
- Track product pipeline and business performance, analyze growth trends and obstacles.
- Own product literature and demos.
- Support the Sales and Pre-Sales teams and join sales meeting to pitch and demo the products to customers and partners.
- Evangelize product for sales, customers, market analysts and media.
Skills / Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering and/or business, marketing or related fields
- 3+ years of Product Management end-used applications
- Experience with contact center solutions
- Excellent written & oral communication skils
- Strong innovation skills and experience in building products with Data Science, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven analytical thinking, problem solving, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level executives
- Eagerness to work in a fast-growing, global company, and cooperate with teams around the world
