Job Summary:

The Product Manager for Device Management Software at Belden is responsible for product lifecycle management from planning to tactical execution for software developed for the converged IT/OT automation space. With your products, you will contribute to the strategic development and success of a dynamic business segment and will have the opportunity to participate in strategic planning, engage with key partners and customers, and collaborate with an international team of talented engineers, researchers, and product managers.

Responsibilities:

· Manage, accelerate, and drive success of our device management software products

· Develop and implement service-based market delivery models

· Conduct research on relevant market and technology trends

· Support device management software business planning and development with market/commercial analysis

· Lead new product/market introduction activities

· Serve as the internal and external evangelist for management software products

Required Skills and Experience

· Bachelor's or master's degree in business or technical field (Engineering or Business Management preferred)

· 5 years of experience in highly influential roles in product management

· Strong experience working in areas with high ambiguity

· Strong desire to explore roads less traveled

· Experience in agile development

· Experience with both CAPEX and OPEX commercial models and business case development

· Knowledge of cloud orchestration frameworks

· Experience with industrial/OT customers and markets

· Knowledge of service-based business models

· Strong go-to-market and business analysis skills

· Demonstrated track record of success

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
