The Role:

Digible, Inc. is looking for a Product Manager to join our team! This Product Manager will be responsible for our core platform, Fiona, as we transform it into a Marketing Operating System.

Digible has been building its core technology, Fiona, since late 2017. The original Mission was to solve the age old marketing question “How much should I spend on marketing, and where should I spend that money?”. Over the years, this Mission has evolved, and now our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to develop the industry’s first Marketing Operating System; we want a marketer to start and end their day in Fiona.  

At the present, Fiona is a portfolio of products. We are looking for a Product Manager that will own Fiona’s transformation into a Marketing Operating System; a platform that is agnostic to media channels and adtech tools. Today Digible services over 1k monthly active clients, with expectations to scale rapidly over the next 24 months. In addition, Digible has begun partnering with channel partners that are expected to more than 4x our monthly active accounts over the next 12 months. The Fiona Product Manager will develop the MOS Vision and roadmap, oversee the execution of the processes (internal and external), and champion the product both internally & externally. This will include setting a vision, directly managing contractors, developing internal cross-department stakeholders, and motivating champions across organizations. Key expectations are having a customer-first slant, growth mindset, and to develop / execute a strategy that enables this product to support 2k direct customers within 24 months, and for Fiona to become a partner platform that is able to support 4k partner accounts within that same timeframe.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, Educate, and Manage the Fiona Product
  • Responsibilities and expectations span across People, Product, Process, and Go-To-Market
  • Dive into the weeds in order to improve operational efficiencies
  • Craft a 1 year, 3 year, and 10 year roadmaps
  • Prepare the team and systems to scale this product
  • Manage a sales/expense forecast and P&L to within 5% accuracy
  • Work selflessly with other departments to provide the best employee & client experiences
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy (both for direct clients and channel partners)
  • Deeply collaborate with Engineering and Data teams in order to facilitate a predictable roadmap

You should have:

  • 7+ years of Digital Marketing Experience
  • 3+ years of concentrated Product Management experience
  • Design Experience is a Plus

You should have strong business acumen, experience scaling departments & programs, excellent leadership qualities, the ability to learn quickly, superb communication skills, and a values-driven personality.

Pay, Perks and Such:

  • Annual Salary of $100k-$120k
  • 4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week)
